Fred EBOKO is a socio-political scientist, Director of Research at the Institute for Research for Development (IRD) and Deputy Director of the Population and Development Center (CEPED) of the University of Paris Descartes. Specialist in public policy, he has been noted for his extreme fertility in the field of public health policies in sub-Saharan Africa, including public policies to fight AIDS. He is willingly recognized by his peers as a theorist of change. He is a member of several scientific networks and associations including the French Association of Political Science (AFSP), the Association of African Policy Researchers (ACPA). Currently assigned to the IRD Dakar, he has coordinated, led and conducted several scientific works.
